First Grade

Education
I graduated from Vanguard University of Southern California with my bachelor's degree in 2003. I majored in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in psychology, and a double minor in religion and social sciences. I then continued my education with a year of grad school to get my teaching credential.

Experience

Prior to teaching at FSES, I worked at a local children's hospital for 3 years. I really enjoyed my time there and I learned so much working with the students and staff at the facility. My biggest lesson working there, was a new realization of just how precious children are.

This is my third year teaching at "The Factory" and I count it a blessing everyday! I can't get over how amazing my students are.



Bio

I am originally from Southern California but moved to Georgia in August of 2004 to help out at a local children's hospital. I ended up staying longer than my year of volunteer services, and have since then, made Georgia my "home." This is my 3rd year teaching at Factory Shoals Elementary School. 

I am a wife to a loving husband, a mommy to a beautiful son, a sister, daugter, friend....and teacher to your child.
